We got our utensils and ingredients. We weighed the flour. Roman and Lily sieved the flour. Aoife and Callum tasted the baking soda. Lily enjoyed the ‘moment’. Pauric made a well to put the eggs and milk in. Miss Keenan added the egg. She stirred the mixture really well. Emilie and Roman had fun beating the mixture. We melted butter on the electric pan. We cooked the mixture and waited for the bubbles to burst before turning the pancakes. The P2 pupils really enjoyed eating the pancakes and said Miss Keenan was the best “Cooker” ever.
