We Welcome You To Our Saint Patrick’s Day Prayer Service

12th Mar 2026

Our Primary 2 pupils came together to celebrate St Patrick’s Day with a special and joyful prayer service. It was a lovely opportunity for the children to reflect, pray and celebrate together while learning more about the life and values of St Patrick.

The service was filled with active participation, with pupils talking, singing and praying in both English and Irish. This helped to celebrate not only our faith but also our Irish language and culture, creating a meaningful and inclusive atmosphere throughout the service.

A special highlight was a wonderful dance performed by Emma, which was enjoyed by everyone and added a sense of joy and celebration to the occasion.

We were also treated to a musical performance by Emma, Dominique, Aidan and Edward, who played Mary Had a Little Lamb on the tin whistle. Their performance showcased their musical talents and was a credit to their hard work and practice.

The Primary 2 St Patrick’s Day prayer service was a memorable and uplifting experience, celebrating faith, culture, language and the many talents of our pupils.
